For more than 20 years, ACKfit™ grew from a small outdoor workout on Nantucket into a thriving fitness community, bringing together people of all ages and abilities with a simple formula: great coaching, minimal equipment, a beautiful outdoor setting, and a whole lot of fun. At its peak, a single one-hour ACKfit class generated more than $2,000 in revenue - all without the overhead of a traditional gym.
Coming soon: I’ll be sharing the system I developed over two decades to help fitness professionals create, launch, and grow their own successful outdoor fitness camps. From programming and pricing to marketing, logistics, equipment, client retention, and building a true community, you’ll learn what worked, what didn’t, and the lessons I wish I had known when I started.
ACKfit™ programs will also be available for hotels, resorts, corporations, communities, and other organizations looking to offer a proven, scalable outdoor fitness experience to their guests, employees, or members.
